It's not been fully approved yet, it's still in the "Active Application" stage at this point. (Active Application = Project is under review.) I imagine it will still take a few years before we see any action on the site.
The CIBC branch located there is closing in June and it will be moving to the City of Lougheed which will have a new location opening in June.
