Can confirm black glass being installed, and does indeed look pretty sharp. Honestly excited to see what this looks like, and very pleased it's not blue. Should add some nice variety to the skyline.

Forming for the 20th floor slab is completed and they may have poured some of the 20th floor on the west side. Forming of the ground floor slab along the east side of pit continues. This is tedious given all the custom forming required for different steps of the lobby ground floor level.

Milestone: Nearly done pouring the 20th floor walls and posts. Forming already started for the 21st floor slab on the west side of south tower. This would be the 50% height of the residential floors not counting the mechanical penthouse. They also have now poured another section of ground floor slab along the east side of the pit. Still have alot of forming and steel rebar to do in the NE corner.

Some of the first wall and post forming has started for the ground floor in the SE side of the pit. This is the lobby level of the middle 10s building that connects the north and south towers. Looks like they have completed forming for the 21st floor slab in the south tower.

Centro's website talks about the 40 storey building being the tallest in SW Ontario.

Yeah when they proposed Centro it was going to be the tallest west of Mississauga. It won't reign for long given there are a number of proposals now at various stages in KW, Hamilton-Stoney Creek and Niagara Falls that will be taller if built. In fact the two towers at the Middlesex County Courthouse property proposed by York will be taller then Centro if York actually goes ahead and builds them someday.

Forming now up for 21st floor walls and posts in the south tower. They have also now poured some of the ground floor posts of the middle 10s building on the SE end.

They have now poured the ground floor slab in the NE corner of the pit completing the east side. Can't tell what progress they have made along the west side in forming for the ground floor or the parking ramp down to L1 level. Have also made progress with ground floor posts and walls on east side. The south tower is now working on the 22nd floor level.

Looks like they have started pouring the 24th floor slab in the south tower. Also forming of the ground floor walls and posts in the NE corner of the north tower has started. They have also made some progress installing the glass windows on the south tower podium level base.

Concrete pump truck on site today. Looks like they are pouring the SW corner of pit ground floor slab today. Also forming now for the 25th floor slab in the south tower.

They have completed pouring the ground floor slab along the west side including the parking ramp from ground floor to L1 level. They have also poured some of the ground floor posts in the NW corner behind the facade of the old law office house. Forming for the 2nd floor level has also started.

The Zelinka Priamo Land Use Planners has a Dufferin Street level render of the 29s condo and old law office on their website. The facade will hide the support posts and walls of the parking levels and will be purely decorative.
