Columbus' North Market Tower got a revision and looks to be taller than the initial 400 feet proposed.

Been awhile from Minneapolis.

But here are the newest towers U/C-Approved for Minneapolis. These include a super-luxury 550' tower named Eleven in the foreground. All of these have passed city approvals.

A wonderful gif by forumer ArcCrypts seen here! 11 Buildings between 240 and 550 feet.

Work is officially underway on the new Four Seasons Hotel + Royal Bank of Canada's Wealth Management's World Headquarters building in downtown Minneapolis.

Site and Utilities work has begun on Eleven, the very, very, high-end condominium tower in Minneapolis on West River Parkway. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern, the cheapest unit begins at $900,000. 43 Stories, 550'.

Hard to believe no one has posted here since November of 2019. But construction marches on.
The 418-foot (127 meter) North Loop Green in Minneapolis still has about 12 stories to go. It's a multi-use project with an 18th-floor sky connection between the two towers. It's situated just across the street from Target Field, the home of MLB's Minnesota Twins. Adjacent is the Northstar commuter rail line station and the Cedar Lake Biking Trail.

The 550-foot (168 meter) Eleven has also completed construction and stands as a striking eastern extension of the downtown Minneapolis skyline.

And I would be remiss to exclude the final iteration of Gateway Tower in Minneapolis. Home to the Four Seasons Hotel and the 519' (158 meter) US HQ of the Royal Bank of Canada's RBC Wealth Management.
