New rendering off the Reliance list of projects assume this is the most recent going off the Slater project but we'll see I guess.

I'm still holding my breath on this one.

The original renders for Tower 1 were very ugly and disappointing but the latest one we saw (higher quality one) seem like it could be decent, but still waiting for any cladding or windows to go up.

I'm hoping it's similar for these two.

I'm cautiously optimistic about this one. The Cladding thus far, looks to be a medium brownish pre-cast, unlike the typical CharcWart. I don't need any 'Wheel Reinvention' here, but it would be nice to see some brown along Charcling Avenue.

Looks like concrete siding going up. Not loving the gray/dull colour. Will it be covered or is that what it will be?

I think that is the cladding, and I like it. Depending on the glazing and accents, I think it could end up being something unique, and a nice contrast to Westgate CharcWhite City that will go up across the street, and the 100+ other CharcWhites planned for this city.

Maybe it'll turn out as you've said. Just seems a bit dull at the moment. Fingers crossed!

To me it all really depends on how they implement this stuff. The combination of dark great and wood(ish) panels looks unique and could give it a nice styling at street/podium level. As long as the glass on the tower portion is decent, it will look nice combined with the plain grey precast we see there so far.

Weird for a building to be this far along with still no windows, doors or much cladding up yet.

Very much looking forward to the faux wood and dark stone being installed along with the glass. Should make for an interesting podium. Will be much greyer than the renderings above, though, since they show the precast as quite a brilliant white!

It's interesting as there's actually lots of action on the site everyday and they've starting doing lots of stuff internally despite the unfinished exterior. There must be a big backorder on glass and exterior materials (probably green spandrel).

I still have some lukewarm hopes that this one will turn out fairly decent once the exterior façade is complete.

I was driving past and couldn't see well enough but looked like some of the precast are black triangles....sort of like a faux balcony shadow. You can see it in the picture above. Did I see it wrong??
