It appears that Starbucks may be coming to the SuperStore in Bathurst. There is only one specialty coffee place in the city. There is definitely room for this Starbucks. It will be welcomed.

So it now looks like Dollarama is now confirmed for Beresford. Job ads are up for Management. This will be going into a new plaza constructed across from the Beresford Mall.

If he is smart he would add in another plaza. Dollarama is a good anchor to attract customers to the plaza. It's a good size property. Hope he gets building

He has something else planned as if you look closely at the other end of the property, where the second entrance is, next to the bulldozer, there is skids of wood and osb that have been dropped there already.

I am being told that there is no further commercial plan but rather some 1 story apartments planned for the rest of the property. I sure hope this isn't true as this is Beresford chance for a decent retail nook.

It will be really good for the port, they have a lot of bulk products that they unload and load and it will greatly improve the efficiency and turnaround time.

They handle close to 30 different bulk products. Have just over 100 ships a year, been ever expanding and basically can grow in any direction they want at the moment.

They are as busy as they ever been.

There's something on CCD Canada about a "St. Hubert restaurant" in Campbellton. Is there already a St. Hubert there, or would this be a new one?

The full construction card for this project is now available for review on the "free" portion of the CCD Canada site.

It opened in 1986 (I feel old now).

The LBJ in Chatham is way past it's prime. It and places like the Golden Hawk on the old CFB Chatham base are costing a fortune to maintain.
