I was on Sparks St. on Saturday and perused the ice sculptures. They still looked good but looked a bit melty.

There's the Bier markt on Sparks. Never been to that one. Only the one at St. Lawrence Market in Toronto. I had fun there but it was $$$. Could be an option?

I will wait for resident resto-hater Proof Sheet to give his opinion.

I am finishing this month's session tomorrow, my lows will be the next couple of weeks, the best time for me would be around April 1st.
