You took the words out of my mouth. I don't want to believe that those are serious proposed buildings, as opposed to pre-existing illustrative assets thrown together to illustrate massing. Moreover, who in their right might thought these are appropriate densities for a central waterfront redevelopment area?? And a miniscule little retirement home hotel like that is DOA in this market and location.
