Originally out the 3 of this project this was my least favourite design but the more I look at the renderings it looks like they took a timeless century old factory/warehouse and made modern lofts out of it. Kind of like the Distillery District in Toronto. They have recreated the old and blended the new and I really hope they pull it off when complete! We'll know soon enough lol

And the render may not reflect the end result. It could end up being better (or worse, depending on the personal opinion)
