You're forgetting the regional rails (which connect out to Trenton), MFL (which has free interchange with the BSL) and all of the city's trolleys. It's about as connected as it can be. Also, the 76 traffic should largely be coming from 76, not from Mantua and Powelton Village, which would be further from the stadium than Chinatown and it's small streets are, so not sure if that would be an impacting factor.
Not that this would happen, but it would have been as good a location, if not, better, than Market East. It's extremely connected and it would fit into the long term plans for that area fairly well.
