Absolutely nothing wrong with rentals. Definitely needed. Just seems most of the developments these days are rentals as opposed to condos. Or, were marketed as condos and are now rentals.

I'm not in the market for a rental hence the :/

Developers immediately switched from condos to rentals when the Ford Gov removed rent control in November 2018 for any new units from that point on. It's an unlimited money printer for his developer buddies.
