i would say, overall, i am a fan. better than what was there before. though i do miss the better view of the RBC tower. i love those old high rises that remind me of NYC

Well, minus the renderfolk on bikes apparently we also got:

- minus four trees
- plus two or three lamp posts, associated wires and a Hydro(?) box

Sounds like a bum deal.
