Yes it’s the Bosco and Roxy’s dog treat place, also from what I hear Cardiff is also looking to build another addition. Also, international nameplate on crumlin side road south of diamond aircraft is going to be building a 100,000sqft addition. BOS is also done and fully moved in

What does Cardiff even do? I've been in there a couple times, first right before they opened, and then as they did their expansion, and I still can't figure them out lol. INPS, wow, they just put that addition on, and are growing again, that's awesome. Hopefully they add an actual loading dock or 2 lol. I wonder if they will consolidate and move out of their other plant on Falcon St (if they haven't already that is, as I haven't been to their place on Falcon in several months if not more).

A few more sites around the east end that have me curious are they are doing a lot of work on a lot at the entrance to the industrial park at Hamilton and Veterans, not sure what is going in there. And that mystery on Gore Rd at the CN crossing. Jammer posted some time back that the property was bought by Old Navy. I can't imagine that is the clothing store chain building a warehouse, as I think that would actually make news, but you never know. Anyway, they have prepped the property for a foundation that looks like it could be going in starting any day now.

So Cardiff distributes oat, almond and cashew milk from my understanding and our crew did the exterior and interior sheeting at the apc warehouse addition and it is in use now, as excavation crew start setting large concrete brick down for the perimeter. Also across the road, Discount Tires has structural steel up and roof decking finished for their addition. Yes I believe they started pouring footings possibly at that site at gore and the cn crossing.

They have now completed the structural steel and concrete elevator/stairwell for a 2 story commercial office building in the Kilworth Home Hardware parking lot. Leasing sign up so they definitely have not got tenants for all of the space. Will be interesting to see if there is demand for this in Kilworth.

The separate restaurant building on the corner which doesn't look like has been started yet, will be a Singing Chef breakfast and lunch restaurant. Second location for them, with the existing being in Hyde Park. Should be a good addition as the one in Hyde Park is always busy.

Westdell has heavy equipment doing site prep for a retail plaza on Highway 4 on the west side just north of the Lucan arena. No mention of future tenants yet but would expect possibly a grocery store and pharmacy plus the usual plaza type tenants. Lucan like most of the bedroom communities around London has seen alot of single family home subdivisions being built.

I'm surprised I haven't seen it anyehere here. But the old M.B. Mceachren school in Lambeth is finally being worked on. It is supposed to be a medical center, with doctors clinics and a pharmacy. They seem to be working on the interior, as well as laying out all the curbs for the new parking lot.

Our company is throwing up 9 small plaza buildings on this property. I’m assuming for light industrial businesses, should be a fun project for us. Right now we are finishing up on a big addition for Centennial Windows and Doors

Can confirm that Shoppers Drug Mart is moving to this location. I would assume that they are relocating from their smaller Adelaide/Oxford location.

I also heard that LCBO would be relocating from across the street, and Starbucks would open up a new location on the site as well, but can't confirm those two.

The LCBO moving makes sense. The Gammage store is smallllll, and I hate that parking lot.

BUT! I like the small LCBO stores. Due to limited shelf space they often put some products on clearance to free up a spot for something new. It's a great way to score a rare deal on booze. The downtown store has a good clearance section too (but the tiny one on Wellington doesn't seem to have a clearance area for some reason).

Also wouldn't a Shoppers here conflict with the Superstore? They have their own pharmacy section and would compete with Shoppers for sales. I guess they are owned by the same company now but it seems redundant?

Heavy equipment on site demolishing the retail buildings fronting on Montgomery Rd at Southdale. The old retail plaza has been slowly rebuilt in phases over the last couple of years.

What about that insanely shitty strip mall on Wellington and Baseline ("Westminster Centre")? Part of it has been demolished for about a decade, but the other half, the grottier, farther half, bizarrely still lives on in decrepitude. I thought it was to be redeveloped, but that announcement was from a long time ago.

They are gradually redoing it. The Tim Hortons is still in the midst of being remodelled and the new Wendys and adjacent commercial strip beside it along Wellington are moving well along.
