I think this building is more beautiful in execution than in proposal renders. The 3 dimensional curves and layers amplify the contrasting exterior textures.

Good photos RDW989. Both the seawall view and the lobby entrance detail caught my attention

Pictures taken from Oak St near 10th and a parking lot just below Broadway, and 8th Ave nearer towards Granville.

Can you see Grosvenor Pacific in the last photo?

There are various webcams set up at Jericho Sailing Centre, but the one at earthtv seems to be the best for views of the North Shore, downtown and the Butterfly.

Today, the windstorm (evening of Nov 04th) damaged panel is replaced. Missed yesterdays fly-in and drop-in, the camera was not running. Also missed flying table-forms for the 51st floor. Photo is today, rebar work on the 51st floor.

Except for maybe the panels that meet up with those arches at the bottom and the top with the open patios it seems like it's a consistent panel layout?
