It's sad that there isn't a single project in the pipeline that would make any truly meaningful impact on that tabletop from this angle.

Cool aerial shot from 1933 of the convent in Westboro. Looks like Island Park Dr. is brand new with a roundabout at Richmond Rd. You can also spot a streetcar on the Byron corridor.

from Kitchissippi Museum

1933. Just one year before the Trudeau gas station was built. How long before the convent is demolished by neglect?

Some shots from the 22nd floor ballroom of the Ottawa Westin Hotel. Taken by me Thursday last week.

Downtown Ottawa, including Parliament Hill and the National War Memorial, as seen in a drone photo in mid-December.

I'm sure a CBC photographer can get a special authorization. I doubt CBC would post illegal photos.

I have had Le droit lift photos from my Flickr account over a decade ago, when I clearly marked them private. They gave me money.

It was only cool because I caught them. They didn't even had the courtesy to ask. Now I think all newspaper people are slimy jerks.

I mean, cool that they did end up paying you when you called them out, but disappointing they didn't ask permission in the first place. I would expect more from Le Droit.
