I'm going with Deleted. Twitter were taking the space that Apple had reserved, but don't have any employees to move in there now.

I gather it's compulsory, but you also have to sleep there (which wouldn't be allowed due to the zoning).

At least it'll make the Deloitte building stand out more.

Besides which, between that stacked cube tower and Telus Garden on the other side (...and don't forget the Library as well on the other side of Deloitte), you already have a lot going on visually on that street, as it is.

This is probably one of those rare occasions where toning it down wasn't such a bad idea.

Japanese maples planted in the planters.
Hopefully they survive.

Also note that the vines (Virginia creeper?) are not evergreen (like English ivy).
