Thanks!
Not the best looking glass. Maybe the fins will hide it.

Thanks!
The fins may be a saving garce on the tower.

Here's a Trish Jewison pic with it in the background.

Love the density in New West's riverfront. I can see that the city centre core is starting to shift back to the city's traditional origin.

There was a comment on Reddit that one of the parkades next to the river had completely flooded during last week's torrential rains. It didn't specify the building but not very confidence waking for locations like this.

If this is the post you're referring to: https://www.reddit.com/r/NewWest/comments/zx1n06/that_sucks/

That's the Inn at the Quay parkade (hotel parking), one of the oldest along the waterfront. Didn't hear anything about the Riversky parkade adjacent to it so perhaps modern construction/sump pumps made it a different experience.

What is the 3 storey glass building next to it? Is it going to be a restaurant? Would be a great spot for a Cactus Club.

Retail and childcare in that building, there will be a restaurant with patio in the west tower.

I drove over Pattullo today and this one is starting to look very tall. Gamechanger for New Westminster's skyline.

Good better than I thought.
The spandrel isn't too noticeable, and the fins/mullions will distract from it.

Awesome shot! Lots of peaks and valleys in the New West skyline now.
