Store - above the staircase, I think.

I think there's one new retail unit where I've circled below:

Maybe Deloitte already had it's glass purchased and stored offsite. Maybe Apple's supplier experienced issues Deloitte's supplier didn't. Maybe Apple's building design change partway through construction. Maybe Apple's contractors had problems finding adequate labour. Maybe the Apple delay is in fact due to incompetence. There could be a million reasons why some projects are slow while others are fast. Maybe you're right, maybe you're wrong. All I'd say is "assume" makes an ass out of "u" and "me"...

Well last November LeftCoaster did say this and that was after most of the roof was done and glass was getting installed.

The steel started going up November 2020. Personally I think the roof was the biggest delay in the project (if there was a delay or if it was expected to take that long).

Isn't the glazing used on standalone Apple Store's normally a triple or quadruple laminated single glazed unit rather than the typical single pane but double/triple glazed unit in new build?

I looked last year when they were installing glass and I think they were sourcing it from Germany? Seele/Sedak has done their stores and the Apple HQ.

Some of their Asian stores had 4-6 plies of 12mm thick glass with SGP interlayers

You really don't understand the difference between a reason, and an excuse, do you?

They're doing something with the covering on the glass right now. They're taking off that white protective covering but still have black material inside or outside.

Driving by this morning, with most of the final product revealed, it's quite stunning.

The renders definitely undersold this and the haters got it wrong (surprise, surprise).
