Who is going into the old Yaletown Mini location? Is that Rivian or no more car companies?

Rivian are in the building - their software development team have their office there. I don't know if they took the retail space, or if someone else is in there.

It is Kits. There's no such thing as the "Kits Beach District".

Article is behind a paywall but "The company now has two side-by-side spaces at 1038 and 1050 Homer Street, in the former home of a Mini dealership."

interesting. thanks for the tip. Georgia Main Food Group originally seemed to want to put in a London Drugs..... the Fresh Street makes more sense.

Five years ago, nobody'd ever heard of Senakw either - names can change.

Not like they're leaving the neighbourhood, it's still basically "Kitsilano, but special."

Noooooooooooooooooooo!

Beach District is next to Granville Bridge - and Beach Avenue runs through it.

This is Kitsilano Beach District. (Just not that close to the actual, you know, beach).

Kitsilano is so large I'd think if you want to leverage the beach you'd have to include "Kits Beach" in all your marketing promotions, lest someone confuses it with some rough neighborhood in Trutch and 6th.

M4

Most of the utility poles in the alley between M4 & T3 were removed.
I think the rest of them will be removed once T3 starts going...

Most power lines and poles were also removed beside this building
