This one is much more prominent than I thought it would be . . . it really blocks out the JW from most angles. Though it will itself be obscured in the end when the Western Parcels start to do their thing.

I was worried that this building would end up looking identical to Hanover Republic Square, but I'm glad they seem more like simply sisters rather than twins.

WUT? They straight up clones outside of the bases! lol.

On another note, I have clients that have rented in Republic Square and apparently the quality is really really poor. Hoping it's just growing pains.

It’s exactly the same as Republic Square Hanover. I believe Vesper is another clone.

These are just apartments for rent, right? Personally I think it's good to have some mid-range options downtown.
