They updated the rendering for Phase 3 on Page 557 so you can get a good idea of what the high rise hotel, park and restaurant area will looks like.
Page 564 has a conceptual rendering of what Phase V (NWC of Rural & Rio Salado) may look like. Kind of looks like Optima.. that would be amazing.
