Forming now moved up for 12th floor walls on the east side. Appear to have nearly finished the 11th floor walls and posts pours now.

Good to see they have taken advantage of the construction trade strike and installed the construction elevator on the south side of the building. When the strike gets settled the workers will have a much easier time getting up and down now that they are up to the 13th floor.

Nearing completion of the 14th floor walls and posts. Still no window installs on the lower floors as of yet.

They have delivered some new tower crane sections to the site and bracing for the tower. Should see the crane lifted soon.

Somewhat surprisingly they are doing the tower crane lift today. Usually these lifts are done on weekends so that it doesn't interfere with weekday construction crew progress.

Forming now going up for 15th floor walls and posts. When complete they will have reached the 60% height mark on the residential floors not counting the mechanical penthouse.

Some of the 16th floor walls are now poured on the east side. Still no signs of any window or balcony doors being installed. Would expect to see windows and doors start going in on the lower floors by now.

Finishing up the 16th floor walls on the west side and forming for the 17th floor slab. Have forming up now for 17th floor walls on the east side.

Have now poured some of the 17th floor walls and posts along the east side. Still no signs of any window or balcony installations yet.

Looks like the 17th floor wall and post forming and pouring is wrapping up. Have started moving the wall forms up for the 18th floor on the east side. Should see the 18th floor slab pours completed by the end of this week.

The 18th floor walls are now poured and today they were pouring the 19th floor slab on the east side. Have also started moving wall forms up for the 19th floor. Progress happening with steel wall joists for internal wall partitions visible on the lower floors and truck was making a delivery of drywall. As of yet still no signs of any windows or balcony doors being installed.

Have now poured some of the 19th floor walls on the east side. Forming up for the west side. Could see 20th floor forming by end of week on the east side.

Have now got some of the 20th floor walls poured on the east side. Forming started for 21st floor slab. Should see the west side 20th floor walls poured by end of week. Also should see the tower crane lifted to final height soon to clear the mechanical penthouse rooftop. Still no signs of window and balcony units being installed as of yet.

Zero news on next phase. I would not be at all surprised that they pave the west side of the parking lot being used by the construction crews and install a parking gate for the future tenants of the first tower to use. Could be many years before they start phase 2 or never. Sadly the odds are pretty high that is what will happen.

Interesting purchase with the building immediately to the east of the Dundas Street opening to the new high rise being sold. This is the building with the large mural painted on the west side.
