Pretty sure the hotel project is so extensive which is why it's not going to be an overnight makeover and reopen.

The glass was originally installed a year ago. This is apparently a replacement panel, needed either because there was an issue with the first panel that was installed, or because it got damaged during the construction in the past year.

The City issued a Development Permit for the hotel renovation in June, subject to a few conditions. As the application wasn't submitted until January, it hasn't been particularly delayed by the City.

Didn't realize it'd be two stories, maybe I haven't been paying enough attention.

I'm not sure.
I think there's one new retail unit where I've circled below:

Pic by me today.
The sidewalk looks closer to being finished.
Just noticed that the NW roof corner looks damaged.

Seems like it's looked like that for a few months now but some photos taken after that seems to suggest the bottom of the roofline is fine. Might just be some protective coating or something flipped over?

This shows the lip of something pointing up.

It seems to look worse now than it did in the Aug 31st pics.
Will have to check closer if I get a chance.

By me today.

There looks to be a logo above the door.
There's a light strip above the green wall.

Walked past it last night, the wood panelling and small LED lights look sharp.

Looks like an extra drain for excess rain over the front entrance. It'll get a good test next week
