Crane in the middle is on the apartment building. I anticipate it will shift to the hotel after the apartment tops out. About a floor to go. Hotel foundation is already in place and above ground, though they are not actively working it.

I think I'm sinning with how much I'm loving this development.

Agreed.

The obscenely high rents can support good design.

Plenty of other renderings on the first 5 pages or so of this thread. But this is the one of the Hotel only.

i assume it will still look like this, considering the lack of VE so far on this project:

The crane behind the current office buildings I believe is for the 3rd office building which on all promotional materials is shown as being inclusive of phase 1 of the project.

You’re probably right that it’s still up for the 3rd office, but that crane has been there all along.

New City post a story of their model. It included the massing for the 3rd office (larger then either of the first two) and some concepts (didn’t appear real) for the future phase of the surface lot. Hopeful they are moving forward with that surface lot redevelopment ASAP.

Speaking of the 3rd tower, their permit is just about approved so they could begin construction on it in by the time the other buildings are completed.
