I've seen a some film crews there a few times and someone from the Barton BIA said it was bought by a CGI/film related tech company, but there doesn't seen to be any general action/foot traffic/renovation at the building.

Is this the building with the fake New York weather screen? I think they're just filming outside, but I have no clue.

I'm not sure if Digital Canaries actually owns the building now or just rents it from the previous owners, but they store a lot of prop stuff in there. Occasionally they will use it as a base for a film that is shooting in the immediate vicinity. I'm not sure if they have built any sets inside for filming; last time I was inside was August of last year and it was just storage of random things everywhere.
