3. Great question... Hamilton developments and projects tend to make little sense

Thanks for the welcome and quick reply.

The panels being painted at the end makes a lot more sense. I thought that they were intended to be the complete finished product, which was a bit jarring to say the least.

the explanation that has been provided here before is that they paint them at the factory if they have time, but if there is a rush they just ship them unpainted and paint them on site later. The same thing happened at Platinum condos across the street, and as they were putting finishing touches onto it they painted all the mismatched panels. It makes for an ugly building as it's getting built but once it's done it looks generally OK.
