So great to see this one motoring forward, anyone have floor count that we are at present? I do hope that the exterior podium detail does justice to the streetscape and is complimentary to some of the built environment adjacent to the build.

I count 15 for the south tower and 14 for the north.

Thanks TR and INH, yes I was coming along York the other day and saw the towers poking above "Copps", very exciting. So regardless of exact count at least another 15 floors to go. Such impact when these are done.

Current estimate = 2 years until completion.

Edit: Looking back, demo started May 2017. By the time this is occupied Fall 2024, it will have been a 7.5 year project not including the planning process! Yikes.

Its really starting to become evident how much of a street presence this project is gonna have. Absolutely immense.

Imagine what the streetscape will look like in future seasons of The Umbrella Academy will like with all of these projects done (seeing as a lot of the show was filmed in this part of Hamilton so far)?

up to 16 storeys, and full window wall cladding is visible. Seems to be a basic, dark gray cladding:

Thanks for the photo updates! We've been on King William for a few meals in the past couple of weeks, and this is clearly changing the way the street feels. It's also becoming a fixture in the skyline from many angles.
