Funny how the Halifax town clock on Citadel Hill looks tiny in that shot.
Yes it's funny because on the ground the clock seems to have this monumental air in the way it loom over the city mainly due to be being higher than the surrounding streets. But it really is a small, fairly modest structure.

I think this would qualify for this thread, even if the image is taken within a skyline. I'm going to guess his criteria is something like 150 metres towers across the metro area given that he recently stated Burnaby will host two Edmontons and one Calgary skyline in the not too distant future.
