From experience, I know better than to live in a strata building that has several hundred suites that are almost all one-bed or studio units. It's much easier to govern that kind of building if it were dedicated rental.

The spectrum towers above Costco had a bad reputation for this kind of stuff before as well. Does a purpose built rental building suffer from the same thing, or do they have more active management all over it?
