Anyone know when the completion date is for this project? Developer said April 2023 but not sure if it will be delayed?

Has any pre-sale owner heard anything from the developer as I notice there hasn't been any concrete trucks stopping by over the past few weeks. I've been told there might be shortage with concrete....

Last update I got was still aiming for a completion of Spring 2023. Looks like they're making good progress but it slowed in the last few weeks.

A little concerned the black cladding is going to warp overtime. It already looks kind of wavy in some spots.

Yeah like 5 levels up there's that weird patch between the two vent (?) box cutouts.

It doesn't look wavy, from the shape it seems more like someone kicked out the panel from inside (no clue what it looks like inside).

It's hard to tell if you aren't directly below the building looking up or with some better photos.

"oil-canning". We saw that on Park Boulevard (next to King George Hub) as well. It may be more obvious on darker coloured cladding.

Most importantly, the metal roofing company must be careful during the installation process. Be sure to hire a qualified metal roof installer, who is up to date on the latest product improvements and installation methods available to insure the threat of oil canning is significantly reduced or altogether eliminated.

doubtful, the brick and stone are natural, and the imperfections are expected and nice.

where as the man-made metal roof is meant to be smooth, so it just looks bad.
