That was probably the idea here.
I myself am a bit partial to projects that have or create some diversity in design language between the individual towers and buildings of the projects and in this regard, I would have a preference for projects like Solo district next door, or even Station Square in Metrotown, both of which where each tower doesn't look like just a copy-paste job of the previous tower but scaled up or down.
I guess it's important to have a unifying language or common motif when designing projects like this, but I think have variety in the designs makes for a more vibrant community and better overall urban context.
You can still have that individualistic look for each tower, while still making them all seem like a part of a cohesive whole - but I guess that requires some serious design skill.
The question here is why does Tower 3 look so markedly different from the other 4 towers (both the built #1 and #2 and the upcoming proposed)?
