I always prefer to see permit stuff taped to buildings. Feels like things are more imminent in the construction process.
Not sure if this is new info, but snapped this walking by on Grand today (on building corner of Grand/Des Plaines).
Any smart people here know if this is saying anything new or just a rehash of what's already been seen in filings?
