21C and sunny. It was a decent day... if you were in the sun. Not as pleasant in the shade if you were wearing shorts and t-shirts.

Low of 9C this morning. Got home from a wedding last night, and you could feel the chill in the air. Not very pleasant.

The warmspot was Hay River, NWT at 27.5C. Third straight day that the North is the warmspot... such crappy temps south of the 60th parallel.

10C and drizzle in Moncton at 10 AM, going up to 17C with showers later today.

I was on call all weekend and couldn't do weed control or mow the grass. Things are getting critical now. Hopefully the weather will clear off tomorrow.

BC launches a heat warning system. For the Southern Interior it starts at a 35C high and 19C low. That's a high we hit most years and that's a bit low for Lytton I think.

Just learned Castlegar is thr 2nd best place for birds potting in all of BC.
Over 200 species of birds call it home here or at least pass through every year. Mild winter is listed as one reason.

24C (humidex of 25) and a mix of sun and clouds. More sun this morning, less this afternoon. Not a bad day nonetheless.

Low of 12C this morning. Another cold one.

2nd place in an entire province was very surprising to hear. So was over 200 that'd be hard to beat anywhere in the country.

^ High for today is 11 except 4 in onshore winds. I honestly don't see any situation where St. John's reaches anywhere near 11 today, those northerly winds are awfully brisk. Unless the sun comes out, that could help a bit.

It is a very big number which is why I posted it.
It is reported by our tourism board Destination Castlegar in their brochure.
