I'll throw two dates out there; Tuesday, June 7th or Thursday, June 9th. I feel like if we go too far out in terms of potential dates, we might have more people forgetting or dropping out.

It really depends on the time and location. Tuesdays I might be able to drop by for about 30 minutes sometime shortly after 8:00pm. Thursday might work, but it really depends when.

Is everyone good with Beyond the Pale at City Centre? Good accessibility and it's next to Trinity Centre, so it would be neat to remember having a meet there before it gets built (if it gets built )

Let's pick a date and time. I'd lean towards Tuesday, June 7th because Beyond the Pale will likely be less busy.

They close at 11PM, so anytime after 5pm would be good. Roger was saying 8pm would be best for him. How does that sound?

My visit would need to be short, so as long as people are still there around 8:00, it doesn't need to be the start time.

There is a slight chance I can make it for 7pm, but I won't know until the last minute. Otherwise I will be there shortly after 8pm.
