I love my neighbourhood and I am so happy about the healthy mixture of densities going up, and the quality of the developments, but they need to remove the street parking on Boulevard du Plateau and re-engineer the traffic circles for a four lane road YESTERDAY. There really needs to be another access road to Allumettieres somewhere between Des Grives and Vanier as well, but it's not in the plan and the opportunity to add one is disappearing rapidly.

Perhaps when they repair the rollercoaster that is Boul du Plateau they can address the onstreet parking issue.

You may have already heard this, but the City plans on removing the traffic circles as part of the tramway project.

I did not hear that, I imagined they were going to redesign the roundabouts with the trams running down the middle.

I hope they convert the on street parking to extra lanes on both sides, have you heard anything about that? The tram will relieve traffic, but there will inevitably be far more traffic than today regardless, by the time the neighbourhood is built out, and it's already a traffic disaster.

I don't remember what/if they said anything about the parking situation. The piece about the roundabouts is what really stuck-out for me.

It's only a rollercoaster for a little bit.

Think of it as a challenge to hold your lunch.
