Nice view! Will get even better when Lebreton & Bayview build out providing you with views of mini skylines.

If I recall the sun sets around there too - behind the Gatineau hills so that may be a bonus too especially during the summer.

Still not sure about the usability of that wraparound balcony, which is arguably a selling-point.

A $475/month condo fee is also probably at least half of what it will end up at in the next couple years.
