Quebec City has fallen out of my top ten for CMAs of Canada buildings skylines but it's still well ahead of Kitchener and maybe Halifax. Quebec city's scenic landscape looks captivating and great in it's self though.
Kelowna's skyline has likely taken the tenth spot in my top ten, just behind Niagara Falls and maybe London, Ontario.
My current top ten is:
1. Toronto
2. Calgary
3. Montreal
4. Edmonton
5. Mississauga
6. Ottawa-Gatineau
7. Winnipeg
8. Quebec City
9. Niagara
10. Hamilton

Kitchener, London, Kelowna, and Halifax are honorable mentions and have a real chance at the list in the near future.

Wow Kitchener and Kelowna really moving up in the world! Never thought I'd ever see them surpass Vancouver in the skyline department during my lifetime.

Niagara Falls is a collection of a dozen high rises and Kelowna doesn't have a focused dense cluster yet. I would rank them below the likes of Saskatoon and Regina.

I would give Metrotown in Burnaby the most impressive suburban high rise cluster. New suburban skylines in Canada are blossoming. Who knows 25 years from now.

Great Toronto set.

I still get lost on Queens Quay East. Development hasn't happened overnight. It was just a wasteland for most of my life.

Those Toronto shots are fantastic. The one with the big stadium is superb.

Niagara's skyline looks epic and imposing from Queen Victoria Park and the Falls. I give it credit for that. It's pretty crummy when looking at it from street level when you realize they are mostly tacky buildings in a sea of parking lots.

I haven't been to Burnaby in 12 years so I can't add it to my list since the skyline was in it's infancy back then.

Here you go. If Mississauga is 5 then Metrotown can't be to far behind.

Niagara Falls has a rather atrocious skyline. These are not attractive buildings.

I much prefer QC, even if some individual towers are not that great.

That's a terrible picture of the Niagara skyline. Yes the buildings are tacky, but when you drive down the Niagara Parkway at dusk with the Falls on the left and the escarpment with the big twinkling buildings on the right, it has as unique vibe that never fails to impress me.

I’m just curious as what your qualifications are for a top ten skyline? If you think Niagara has tacky buildings but a nice natural setting, it doesn’t make sense that you left Vancouver out of your list lol.

How embarrassing that I forgot Vancouver. It's been a VERY long week at work with very early starts

My revised personal list, also adding Burnaby where I think it should be after it being pointed out above and doing some research.

1. Toronto
2. Calgary
3. Montreal
4. Vancouver
5. Edmonton
6. Mississauga
7. Burnaby
8. Ottawa-Gatineau
9. Winnipeg
10. Quebec City

Aside from the classic art deco Price tower that nicely fits into the old town, I think the only tower I truly like in Quebec City is Le Concorde - which is not in that shot as it is hidden by the Château Frontenac.

As a kid living in very low-rise Maritime towns and cities, I was fascinated by it on our regular visits to Quebec City - the closest "big city" to where we were.

I still remember the first time we actually stayed there, and eating at the revolving restaurant after dark, with the lights of the city's sprawl seemingly spreading out endlessly towards the horizon. I was impressed.

^ That is a stunning photo of Quebec City. My first taste of Quebec came from riding the VIA Rail Ocean in March 1995 and I will never forget the gorgeous view of the city across the Seaway from Levis station, it was basically from that perspective.

Niagara Falls is just too cartoonish, although I concede that if the photo is taken from a far enough away distance to include the area's natural beauty, or in light that's low enough, it can look somewhat elegant.

The Fallsview Casino tower is an adequate hotel resort tower. Many are just boring complexes through budgetary engineered expansions. There isn't enough tacky.

Niagara Falls' skyline is surprisingly impressive (especially at night). It's not particularly aesthetically pleasing to me in daylight hours.
