Red face TORONTO | Quayside | FT / FLOORS | Multiple Towers
Quayside - winning team

The team consisting of Dream Unlimited Corp. and Great Gulf working together with lead architects Adjaye Associates, Alison Brooks Architects and Henning Larsen, has been named by Waterfront Toronto as the winning proponent to redevelop Quayside … replacing the controversial/abandoned plans from Sidewalk Labs.

Highlights include a 2 acre forested green space, a landmark multi-use arts and cultural centre, 5 towers and a massive mass timber mid-rise. More than 800 affordable housing units are included in the proposed 4300 residential units.

Some eye candy from the winning presentation.

Looks good for the most part. It certainly bulks up the skyline.
