Looks like the Restaruant area is now fenced off across from Zipps, construction must be going on soon.
Also noticed that the old Jack in the Box has a fence around it, wonder if anyone is moving in?
I also noticed the black office building at 3rd ave and Osborn has a property manager or real estate owner sign/tarp and a fence. Anyone know if this is getting a remodel?
Also, a pre-app came in for PARK CENTRAL 2 - 3RD & FLOWER APARTMENTS (PAPP 2109984). That's all I know, though.
It's a 7-story apartment building wrapping an 8-story garage, haven't seen any renderings though but its the same developer as the 9-story building next to Creighton, so I would guess it will look similar.
EoS Fitness, a leader in the fitness industry offering its High Value Low Price (HVLP) gyms with more than 100 locations open or on the way throughout the country, has signed a new 42,500-square-foot lease for a new facility in Park Central’s Goldwater Building.
The new gym will have a first-floor entrance and kids club facing Central Avenue adjacent to Zipps Sports Grill, and will occupy a 40,000-square-foot space on the second floor, which is where the main gym floor will be located. The new gym adds a welcome new amenity to Park Central and the central Phoenix area, and further expands the mixed-use features of the property.
Just got a letter as a nearby property owner 4th and Osborn the entire lot that’s been used for construction prep for park central from Osborn to nearly the Clarendon is going to be a 6 story apartment complex. Design similar to Novel over on 3rd
I have renderings in the letter I’ll scan them in at work tomorrow and upload for everyone.
Development continues on the Park Central site. Creighton University, which has already opened one building on the site for its medical school, acquired additional land to the south of its campus for another building. Two Hilton brand hotels are planned for along Central Avenue, and the Dinerstein Companies, which is developing a 278-unit apartment complex on the site, has plans for an additional apartment complex on the west side of the property.
Harper said Plaza and Holualoa also have plans for a high-rise office building at Park Central when the market is ready again to absorb more office space.
The Restaurant building is already above ground, glad they are moving quick on the Creighton Phase 2, The Dual Brand Hotel is supposed to go in the last remaining frontage at the NE corner of the property where would the High rise go?
