Not sure if it's confirmed but I know that the Claridge design showroom is going in the base of the first building when it goes up.

Wow, it's going to be really cool to see this area developed again, finally. Looked like a real afterthought/eyesore from certain vantage points for the longest time.

Was just thinking the same. Apart from some temporary Claridge sales centres, this development will be the first thing to pop out of the ground at Lebreton since Fusion, and hopefully usher in a wave of activity for the Flats.

We are going to have to update the old Crane Index thread. Surely we are in Peak Crane mode at this point.

Combined, the buildings will have 340 parking spaces and 470 bike spaces, for 609 units. That is, if the last numbers posted on SSP are still correct.

Not sure how many levels of parking that would be, but based on the pic, I'd say maybe two levels.

According to the 2021-05-31 - East Flats Architectural Drawing Set - D02-02-19-0099, there are 3 levels of parking.

Not this.
Classic bait and switch. They also couldn't get the 55 stories they originally wanted. Sucks.
