All of these are great but need more bright yellow stripes.

Funny this morning I was running south on Northside. Must have read your mind and took a pic just for you.

465 apts is a nice addition. Wish the office building was more substantial.

Regarding wishing the office space was more substantial, I don't. This feels like a real missed opportunity to me. This block could have built on the character of Crescent Avenue with more intimate, human scaled development. Especially being one of the only places in Midtown with a traffic calm street and retail. I'm afraid that Instead, we'll get yet another (nearly) full block development that feels like the number one priority is storing 1,600 cars. Selig/RJTR please prove me wrong.

I wish Selig would focus on developing that parcel along the connector instead.

So will that obliterate the former CosmoLava and that Italian restaurant?

The existing building or across the connector? They own a lot of property in Atlanta.

For instance, the in the background top right of this image (credit: Bender), there appears to be a rendering or concept for a Selig property west of the connector. Probably easier to see directly on Twitter.

What is the source of the building model? I'm not sure it would have some future Selig project when they have nothing on their current proposal.

Just a guess, but looks a lot like a college studio.

Yes it looks like Kennesaw State Architecture Studio( Southern Poly). I went to Southern Poly before the merge and that's definitely the studio.

Ah yes you can even see enscribed in the table

“..KS..RCH-DESIGN”

May stand for “KSU-ARCH-DESIGN”.

Nice 3D prints of a proposed building in Midtown, though!

I usually don't say things like this, but "move along folks, nothing to see here. Just another disappointment purposefully being shoehorned into the midtown fabric".

So Dunwoody.

It almost looks like two different project renderings taped together. They almost don't look related in any way.

I would've been thrilled to see this back in 2010-2012. Now I'm just "meh" on it. It's a testament to the amount of development we've gotten over the last decade and/or my standards are higher.

Hmmm … I like it and think it complements 1105 nicely.
