I might point out that since the 1960's architects have been copy/pasting their buildings onto the Ottawa skyline, this is nothing new. The difference in these older buildings is that the cladding is different, so it's not so obvious that two identical building structures were constructed. NOW the cladding is re-used to save cost on bulk orders, but the structure slightly changes.
Unless you're Soho, then it's just the exactly identical building in all ways (Soho Parkdale and Soho Lisgar)
