Only thing I could find were references to it in the update thread, from 2013:

Why I like addresses being in the title, makes it easier to find in Google.

Looks like the proposed 9-storey building at 71 Main St in Dundas is starting:

Drove by 16 King St. E today. I couldn't grab a picture, but there was a new sign up with a render of a proposed building. Looked to be around 6 floors
