I think this is right next door to Verde Square. The range of addresses for Verde Square is below. Notice that this project's range of address starts with 10401 while Verde Square starts with 10401 1/2. This project is on 3.4 acres and will have 1100 units. No telling how many of those will be in the "multifamily tower".
