The urban landscape of downtown belongs to all of us and these horrible structures detract from it greatly one by one. We have a right to demand better design not only for the buildings themselves but also for the overall urban landscape. We are stuck with these buildings for decades if not hundreds of years.

I guess the only silver lining is that there is a possibility that this cladding might eventually get replaced by something better in the decades to come.
Precisely. I'd be ecstatic if this happened at Domian tbh

Ryan tweeted that more renderings are coming after I enquired. I just want to see what the street level interaction looks like. The tower is what it is.

Giving me Bowie street level vibes. Not bad....I actually really like the pool deck and slanted glass walls. Very post modern.

That parking podium screen is hot garbage.

Glad to see that the retail in the rendering shows something other than a retail bank branch.

Mesh so they don't have to go full blown ventilation, like Indy and 3rd and Shoal.

I hope the mesh on the parking floors is denser than it looks on the renderings.
Being able to totally see, the angle of the parking floors, will not be attractive. I know eventually long views of this part of the building will be obscured by other buildings, however one can still see through the mess from across the street.

I personally would NEVER buy a unit in a building that treated the parking floors differently than the tower portion. In this case cover them in glass, or partial glass to look similar to the office floors. I would absolutely hate to come home every day to such a hideous excuse of a covering for the parking floors! I would want to have pride in my building; Not Embarrassment.
