Really like this building. Plays off 333 Seymour really well. Not a fan of the crown glass tho, that should have been solid IMO. Will be curious to see how the street level turns out once it completed.

When it was rezoned in 2014 (by a different developer, with a different architect) they offered a voluntary $3,000,000 cash contribution, to be paid prior to
enactment, to fund a childcare facility elsewhere in the Downtown area. (Originally they suggested one on the roof of the tower, but that wasn't viable).
