Caught a peek of the progress down Preston from the 417 this afternoon. It is looking really good. I really like the colour/reflection of the glazing. I think this is going to have a great contrast between it and Icon when completed.

Also, I really hope they follow through with the lighting feature at the top. We need more interesting lighting in Ottawa!

LMAO... I just love this render. Claridge Icon has been diminished to a three story warehouse. Dymon does a way better job BTW.

I dunno if its the angle, or the general darkness of the image but Icon looks really great in this video starting at 33:00

So what's missing is the top with the "SoHo" signage, what I'm assuming is amenity space along with the mechanical penthouse?

Driving on the Queensway heading west last week, I still could not see the building peaking out from behind the Federal office building on Booth. Really hoping it will once toped-out.

The only part left to 'top off' is the bit above the SOHO sign in the rendering. I doubt the added 2 meters is going to make a difference in your Queensway drive.
