Talbot St and First Ave - 14s phase 2 - St. Thomas

St Thomas zoning application for a 14s apartment building for phase 2 of the development at Talbot St and First Ave in the east end of downtown St Thomas. 160 apartment units with a possible 2nd tower in the future. The developer is Fast Forward Ventures which is currently building the retail buildings now on the site.

I would have to go look on Google Earth, but this might end up being the tallest apartment building in St Thomas. I can't recall how high Grand Central is off the top of my head.

No, Grand Central is right downtown on Talbot. It has 2 towers and a main floor mall joining them. It was an early 80's design, although I think the 2nd tower was built later on, and the mall never took off.
