This made me laugh. Niche, but 100% on the mark.
My problem is that middle space, where the top half is bolted on to the bottom half. Towers calls it a "double height outdoor amenity space" -- but it just looks like the top half hasn't been screwed down tightly enough.
But everyone's right -- in the end it will fade into the rest of the skyline and essentially be rendered powerless to offend. Just another slightly weird building you wouldn't notice unless you were an obsessive skyscraper aficionado.
