...which is even wilder when you consider the cost after buying it.
The 2 bedroom, for example, costs an additional $3,009 a month, not including the HOA which one has to assume will easily push the monthly cost above $5,000 a month on top of the purchase price and any mortgage expenses.
So, that's an additional $60,000+ a year just to live there.
