just ... wow. This is bad. I've always thought the area between St Laurent and Cyrville station needs major reinvestment, TOD, pedestrianization and all that. And you have to start somewhere ... but this is the very last parcel I would think to build on in that area. Honestly. The only way this could work is if the surrounding streets and intersections were narrowed and pedestrianized.

This takes the worst of town and suburb, its fascinating.
